Mr. Byer has declared that the funeral for the fatguys is now over.

Chris Ware did a huge mural on the facade over 826 Valencia - one of his crazy flowcharts. One of my favorite murals in the city. More info about it is here.

As a rule, artifice is a big turn off for me. One exception I make is for the elaborate facades of SF's famous 'painted ladies'

But painting the facade with "windows" (and curtains, no less) is just weird.
